Performance Schedule

The end of an era, and the beginning of a new one...Talkeetna Bluegrass and Music Festival has finally come to an end after 30 long and wonderful years of music and memories. Those of us who have participated, played and worked for many years are feeling an emptiness that cannot be described. We will all find ourselves seeking that ultimate fulfillment that first weekend of August next year, but without TBMF, it will not be the 'same' anymore, and we will have only our memories...

Thank you Dirty Ernie for the love of our music, the joy of performing it, and the privalege of being your friend of 30 years!!!

*This is "Limpy LuLu" before the double hip replacements, and little brother, "Tall Small" getting ready to load up on the snow machine wagon train from the Forks Roadhouse in March, braving the elements for the sake of the gig and tons of FUN!!!

Miss LuLu & Miz Merley at Palmer's Colony Days....my first gig back on my feet!!! Had to sit down a bit after a while, but it felt great to STAND TALL AGAIN!!!

*This was last year's "Finale" at Talkeetna with LuLu, Merley (behind LuLu with hands up) Trish, Frank, Keith, Steve, Kathy, and the Late GREAT Doc Schultz...may he rest in Peace and may his musical spirit be there with us all...
